By Oli Bonzanigo The piece is a compilation of field recordings and sound fragments collected between 2019 and 2024 in Morocco, Mauritania and Senegal. Primarily focused on two oases in the Sahara Desert, Ouadane (MRT) and Mhamid (MOR), it portrays the dynamic vitality and the constant exchanges that punctuate the silence of the desert landscapes, areas of inspiring coexistence shaped by the constant movement of border less nomadic trails.
By Touda Bouanani Anaruz (hope in Berber). A sound journey of songs and sounds of hope by Moroccan voices from the countryside to the city at the beginning of the 21st century. Languages: Berber and dialectal Arabic.
By Ali Essafi A sound journey imagining the first retreat of future newborns.
